Earlier in the week Halae said about the Nov. 1 broadcast: "we will talk about judgment and how you can free yourself more from it, among other things to discuss." And they did.
In my intro I talk about how it's the first of the month and I do a monthly review. Halae said they would write down questions for you to use in a monthly review. I channeled those questions and wrote them down for you. You can find those questions on Patreon here.
Have you checked in when you get a break? I had forgotten I put the week after Christmas as my week off. I'm a stay-at-home mom so I guess I put it on the family calendar. I had forgotten but the kids reminded me. lol

I have been doing monthly review questions for years now using different planners and systems. This is a take on the questions I haven't seen before.
As always with any tool, use it if it inspires you. Use it if it calls you even through some resistance. Use it if it brings relief or clarity. Don't feel bad about not using it! Or not using it forever. EVOLUTION.
P.S. Tech Note: You can always print this out every month to fill it out with pencil or pen. If you have a tablet, you can download an app like GoodNotes and import the PDF into the app. Then you can fill out it out each month digitally with a stylus or Apple pen.
P.P.S. It's great to review your month on your calendar to remember what you did before you fill out your monthly review, but you might find it better to NOT read the last month's review right before you fill out the new one, so that what you are feeling and thinking now is fresh in your mind, instead of a comparison.
