1. Do not fight reality.
You will lose 100% of the time
Be radically honest. Don’t push. No happy face stickers covering up what is.
2. Make a decision and then make it right.
Take the least sucky path and then make peace with it.
Segment intent. Seriously. Do it.
4. Allow others.
Let them be on the path they are on. Even let people not approve of your choices. This is radical allowing. ;)
5. Get connected. Stay connected. Reconnect.
Prioritize feeling connected to Source. Especially right when you wake up.
5 ½. Make tangible goals for feelings.
Like "laugh out loud".
6. Create a support system.
Facebook group of gratitude. Positivity partner. Set something up.
7. Let it flow.
Remember: everything you want is coming TO you.
8. Embrace vulnerability.
Is it the “why” behind things that make relationships work.
9. Only you in your bubble.
Breathe in. Breathe out. It's your space.
10. Aim for received thoughts.
They make life easier.
11. Don’t fight your feelings.
Conscious temper tantrums can be great.
12. Find the positive growth in every year.
And if I can’t do it, picture Source doing it.
In fact, picture Source doing everything.
You are constantly surrounded by universal managers who are delighted and eager and wanting to help you at all times.
No matter what you can always take the bounce.
It’s all fuel for creating a better life.
